Rep counts range from 30, 60, 90 seconds or 10, 20, 30 reps and below are the exercises on each side:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Push Ups
  • Wildcard

This is also a great way to keep your entire family healthy as you can also do fun family fitness events. Roll the dice and ask your 5 year old to do push-ups, while you laugh and continue with your workout.
